The main objective is to spot the long-term trend of the stocks / indexes and simultaneously capture short term mis-pricing opportunities in them due to irrational forces in the market, generating alpha for the portfolio.
Investment idea generation will be based on technical parameters and pre-defined strategies which shall be guided by system-based entry and exit points
Our Methodology
The trend in a stock / index is identified by a combination of leading and lagging technical parameters. The parameters are back-tested for last 20 years.The portfolio intends to ride the entire trend, either bull or bear, by using pre-defined methodology such as turtle trading, swing trading, etc.
Our Strategy
Every stock / index position shall have a pre-defined stop loss which shall be trailed based on price appreciation.
The portfolio shall have a knock-out of 22%.
